Boiled Cassava

 make sure you cover the sulfuric tightly that no air cones out. Let it boil for 45 minutes, when tender, remove from heat and serve hot yummy. 

 This one of the Kenyans traditional food. The recipe is not that complicated. 

1.find cassava at near with your houses.

2. Steps Peel off the cassava, cut into pieces and wash. 

3.Place the washed cassavas in the sulfuric and add enough water and salt then place over high heat. make sure you cover the sulfuric tightly that no air cones out.

4. Let it boil for 45 minutes, when tender, remove from heat and serve hot. yummy!
