How to make Chab Chhay soup for the upcoming Chinese New Year

    #How to do it with ! 

  Let's go with me to make Khmer food delicious:

   Chab Chhay soup: 



     #Ingredients: 

- Pork ribs or legs
- Fried pork skin 
- Mouse ear​​​ mushrooms 
- Carrots 
- Cabbage 
- French fries 
- Kale 
- Chhay Thav (refer to white fruit that similar potatoes ) 


- Garlic leaves 
- Fertilizer leaves 
- Salt
- Sugar
- Bicheng 
- Fish sauce 
- Frying oil




   #How to :

- Pork ribs or legs washed in water and cut into large pieces.
- Fried pork skin and mouse ear mushrooms soaked in water to expand and cut short.
- Carrots, beets, potatoes take it to cut shell from its body and then wash it into to water.
  after cut to small small.
- Cabbage and Bok Ku cabbage must be cut them short enough.
- take kale shell and put body,its leave put different each others.
- leave garlic and Chy Vansuy  wash it with water and cut into small.





- cutting garlic into to small 
- Put the pot to boil, put oil bean in the cooking 
- add the chopped garlic and then roast to taste a little 
- Just added fish sauce then put the pork bones after add salt, sugar, baking powder, soup stir thoroughly - put water in and then wait 5 minute just put the pig skin 
- mouse ear mushrooms and kale 
- Carrots, Chay Thav fruit and French fries together 
- take it 15 minute on your cooking until vegetables are a little brittle((first pour water gradually) 
- after put it over 20 minute just put a lot of final water 
- Try boil it again and again 
- test it if you like already just put cabbage Bokku , cabbage, kale leave into our soup. 
- Finally,put for a while wait it boil again just take eat.
