How to make tasty fish paste with Khmer natural food

How to make recipe :



                 In Cambodia,the citizen that living daily they always make food to eat everyday with them              family.Today,i introduce everyone to make a food that they called it "Brohok Chao Che Chram"
        ​​​  Let's go to see how do it:
   #​ Ingredients

-    clean  Brohok with water 

-    Krasang fruit​ 

-   Chilli and Garlic
-  Sugar and Soup powder


-  Lemongrass body (must be cut thin)
   
  All of above you can find to buy it at market.

  If you have everything above you can do it 

# How to start do

- The first, we're take Prohok come to 10 minute
- Cut Krosang  and only take body to put with Prohok
- Put garlic, chilli and Lemongrass body cut into small.
- When you well done, please march spices and then take Chi Neang Vorng into our food.
